For over 12 years now, Laurent Olives' team is dedicated to deliver the finest of the Mediterannean cuisine. At the base of this superb cuisine are the freshly picked but sometimes hard to find products like fresh scallops, wild fruits of the woods and ceps ('penny buns'). The daily 2-course lunch already has its regulars. Highly recommended is the weekly 'Provence-Tradition' menu on Thursday evening. For a full, traditional dinner is served, prepared with products that arrived from Aix-en-Provence that same morning. And don't forget the excellent wine-menu with a choice of French regional wines. We do have a separate room for groups, but are equally prepared to serve the full richness of our cuisine at you own place: just ask for our "Spring-Summer Service"! Bon appétit! |
